Our shipping process includes two main stages:
Processing time is the time required to prepare your order for shipment. This may include order confirmation, quality checks, product preparation, and secure packaging.
Shipping time refers to the estimated transit time after your order has been shipped from our facility or transit warehouse.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in business day calculations.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number.
Tracking information may take approximately 3–5 business days to become active after your package has shipped. This is normal, especially when orders are processed through a transit warehouse before final delivery.

To help keep shipping costs affordable, some orders may be shipped through a consolidated logistics process. This means your package may first be sent to a transit warehouse, where it will be sorted before being handed over to the final delivery carrier.
Because of this process, tracking updates may not appear immediately after shipment. Please allow a few business days for tracking information to update.
