Returns Policy

At Sable & Ivory, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Returns sent back without prior authorization or without a return label provided by our team may not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions and warehouse address based on your location.

Return Window

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days after the order has been delivered.

Requests made after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Clearance items, final-sale items, and custom products, where stated on the product page, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Returned with original tags and packaging attached
  • Returned with the hygiene sticker intact, if applicable
  • Packed securely to prevent damage during return shipping

Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Fees

For returns not caused by quality issues, the following fees will be deducted from your refund:

  • Customization / handling fee: USD $15 per product
  • Return shipping fee: USD $20 per product

Original shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Quality Issues

If your item arrives defective or has a quality issue, please contact us and provide clear photos of the issue. Once confirmed by our team, we will arrange a free replacement for you.

Size Issues

If you need to exchange an item due to size, please contact us first. We offer one free size exchange per order. Once the original item is returned to our warehouse, we will send the replacement item.

For multiple exchange items in the same order, additional shipping fees may apply depending on the quantity.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10–14 business days for processing. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Return Availability by Region

United States

We support local returns within the United States. Our return warehouse is currently located in the United States.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand & Other Regions

At this time, we do not support return service for orders outside the United States. Please choose your items carefully before placing an order.

Important Notes

If a return package is lost during return transit, the eligible refund may be limited to 60% of the item price.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately. Delivery-related issues must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date.

Shipping issues should also be addressed directly with the courier. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect contact information, refusal to sign for the package, refusal to pay import duties or fees, or refusal of customs clearance.

Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM EST.
